The Norway train map 2022 has got an update. There are two major changes in comparison to the year 2022. A new train type system has been introduced. The trains are classified into the types Fjerntog (Long Distance train), Regionekspress (Regional Express train), Regiontog (Regional train) and Lokaltog (Local train). The colour of the train lines symbolise the new introduced train types instead of the train operator.
The other major change concerns the new Blix Tunnel between Oslo and Ski. The train lines along this route has been changed. The L2 trains serve all stations along the old line, whereas the other trains run through the new tunnel.
