As I could not find a network map over the train lines in Sweden (infrastructure lines only), I created one by myself. It shows the different train categories of the national railways SJ (Snabbtåg, Intercity and Regionaltåg) and the trains of the various regional or national operators. In addition, the private long-distance train services MTR Express and Snälltåget are part of the map. Services that run on a less frequent basis and narrow-gauge services (such as Roslagsbanan or Saltsjöbanan) are not shown.

I am not an expert on carrying bikes on trains in Sweden. I only know that it depends on the operator. For your journey from Amal to Stockholm, you would probably have to travel with SJ.
