This 2025 map of rail in Denmark includes some changes compared to the 2024 version.
On Jylland, the trains to and from Fredericia have been reorganised. The InterCity Aalborg-Aarhus-Fredericia and the Regionaltog Fredericia-Esbjerg have been cimbined into a new line, the InterCity Aalborg-Aarhus-Fredericia-Esbjerg. The InterCityLyn+ trains are now “usual” InterCityLyn services and only run between Copenhagen and Fredericia.
The two hourly InterCity lines Esbjerg-Copenhagen and Fredericia-Copenhagen have changed their routes: The InterCity from Esbjerg runs via Køge Nord and København Syd and the InterCity from Fredericia (which no longer runs from Aarhus) runs via Roskilde and Høje Taastrup.
The Regionaltog Holbæk-Copenhagen does not only run to Helsingør during peak hours, while the Regionaltog Næstved-Copenhagen is only extended to Helsingør during peak hours. The Lokaltog from Roskilde to Faxe Ladeplads and Rødvig have been reorganised. The SJ Snabbtåg will not run to Copenhagen until further notice. Snälltåget operates a daily train to Copenhagen, which I haven’t included in the map.
