The long-distance Night Train Diagram 2025 has undergone some changes in the 2026 update. Services on the NightJet to Paris and Berlin-Brussels have been cancelled. By contrast, European Sleeper is introducing a new train from Paris and Brussels to Berlin in March. In June, they will introduce a train from Amsterdam and Brussels to Milan. RDC will continue operating the night train from Stockholm to Hamburg and Berlin, even without support from Trafikverket, the Swedish transport authority.

The night-time Intercity trains from Rostock to Berlin and from Stuttgart to Vienna have been discontinued due to DB’s disposal of their Stadler KISS IC2 trains. Instead, an ICE train will connect Berlin with Munich via Leipzig, Erfurt and Bamberg. During the summer, there are two night-time RJ services connecting Prague and Berlin with Hamburg, and one connecting Prague and Copenhagen.

I made an effort on analysing the timetables carefully. However, if you discover any mistake in the diagram, please let me know. Just be aware that I had to make numerous simplifications because the routes and stops vary strongly. Please always refer to the current timetables.

Please also make sure to see the diagram showing the systematic long-distance day trains.
