My high-speed rail France map has got an update for 2024. There have not been major changes concerning the high-speed connections. However, already in autumn 2023, the brands of Eurostar and Thalys have been merged. I have kept the colour yellow for Eurostar and former Thalys connections, because there are already two shades of blue (Eurostar’s official CI colour) on the map. In addition, I have implemented the feedback on the 2023 map. TGV Lyria is now shown separately. To make the axis in the LGV Sud-Est clearer, I have rearranged the lines slightly.

If you are interested in the official map, you will find it here. You can also download the 2023 version of this map.

  1. Note that for most of 2024 trains to Frankfurt end at Mannheim due to extensive works at the Rhine valley line. The DB Navigator does only partially reflect that. You currently get a red note about that, but connections to FFM are planned regardless for spring. As far as I can see, after the June changes of the train connections at least the connections are entered as ending in Mannheim.

  2. Beautiful map! The only problem is that the Paris-Annecy TGV always stops at Mâcon-Loché-TGV, and not just for a few trains.

  3. gorgeous map! One thing to note is several Frecciarossa trains terminate at Lyon Perrache and are purely domestic services.

    1. Thank you for your hint. Yes, there is a non-daily service from Freiburg to Bordeaux on some week-ends. The map shows some seasonal services, but I have concentrated on seasonal services to cities without a year-round TGV connection. Otherwise the map would be too crowded.

      1. There isn’t any TGV stopping at Monaco nor Menton in 2024. There used to be som TGVs to Vintimille a few years ago, but they have stopped doing them.
